TOKUGAWAROMAN ONLINE SHOP now uses the services provided by “WorldshoppingBIZ” for all orders from overseas.
WorldshoppingBIZ, a global e-commerce provider,
essentially makes purchases on your behalf and arranges the international shipment/delivery.

Procedures for
International Shipping

  1. When you access the website from
    overseas, the “WorldShopping Cart” pops up automatically.

  2. Add the items you’d like to order to the “WorldShopping Cart”. Click “Add to Cart” of the WorldShopping banner to proceed with your purchase order.
    The Cart will only appear for items that can be purchased from your country.

  3. WorldShoppingBIZ will receive your order from the TOKUGAWAROMAN ONLINE SHOP and arrange the international shipment.

Fee

WorldShoppingBIZ will charge 10% service fee on the “Total Product Price.”*
Once TOKUGAWAROMAN ONLINE SHOP completes the delivery of the product to WorldShoppingBIZ,
you will receive another payment request from WorldShoppingBIZ including International Shipping Fee,
Handling Fee and Other Fees (if any).

* Total Product Price = (Product Price + Domestic Shipping Fee within Japan).

Notice

Any changes to an order including cancellations and returns will not be accepted once it has been placed with WorldShoppingBIZ.
